About the Role
As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team to complete a range of financial administrative tasks.
On a day-to-day basis, this will include data entry, processing and reconciling transactions, accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as payroll processing.
You will need to have at least three years of prior experience working with Australian accounting or bookkeeping firms.
Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly reports and Business Activity Statements (BAS).
- Handle payroll processing and time recording.
- Identify and request missing or incomplete client information.
- Respond promptly to client requests and provide solutions proactively.
