Senior BI Engineer

ROLE PURPOSE

As Senior BI Engineer II, you’ll be the technical backbone of our Business Intelligence function across LATAM, supporting operations in Colombia, Mexico, and Chile. You’ll design, build, and maintain the data models and dashboards that turn raw operational and commercial data into trusted, decision‑ready intelligence. Your work will give Marketing, Commercial, Product, Finance, and Operations teams the visibility they need to act with confidence.

What success looks like

1. You’ve built a scalable, well‑governed BI architecture in Databricks that consolidates data from across LATAM markets and powers consistent reporting in Qlik Sense and Power BI.
2. You’ve delivered a portfolio of high‑quality, performant dashboards that business stakeholders trust and use daily, reducing ad‑hoc reporting requests and accelerating decision‑making.
