Senior Backend Engineer

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to lead development on the backend of our analytics dashboard. You will develop an understanding of the business logic that powers our Attribution component, maintain and augment a Ruby app, and help migrate its functionality to Golang over time. You’ll design, build, and maintain Ruby/Rails APIs, background jobs, and database schemas that power data-rich React components and interfaces. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, front-end developers, and infrastructure to rapidly push new features from ideation to production.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to influence architecture, user experience, and coding standards. While we’re targeting senior engineers, we’re open to strong mid-level candidates who demonstrate leadership, ownership, and a passion for full-stack craftsmanship.
