 Strong ability to sell the virtues and advantages of test automation to senior stakeholders
 Design Patterns – Core and Microservices / API
 Stub / Mock and tools related to stubbing
 Differing Automation Testing Practices / Strategies (Agile, Hybrid, continuous Testing)
 Jenkins / Maven / Gradle and git operations and branching strategies
