About the Role
**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
This role as Senior Assortment Planner is part of the EMEA Sport Planning team who co-owns the One EMEA Assortment Plan (AP) by Sport x Marketplace. This role requires strong partnership with Merchandising, Marketplace (Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale) Planning and Supply & Inventory Management teams to create a strategic plan grounded in profitability, productivity, and Sport centric offerings and shape seasonal plans that support the goals of Nike Inc.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
+ Experience in assortment planning, working across financial, product and inventory planning.
+ Growth mindset and able to leverage statistical forecasting, data science and new ways of working to develop a fact-based plan.
+ Approach planning end-to-end across all marketplace channels and multi seasons, grounded in total marketplace health.
