Senior Associate, Wind Construction (Logistics & Permitting)

Job Summary

The Logistics & Permitting Senior Associate will work closely with the Logistics & Permitting Manager, other departments and stakeholders to oversee and process all permitting requirements necessary for the release of imported equipment and claiming of incentives such as duty‑free importation and VAT‑refund.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit required applications and reports to regulatory agencies ensuring compliance to local regulations and Vena Energy policies.
• Consolidate and submit permitting requirements for importation necessary for claiming of tax incentives (e.g., Bureau of Customs, BOI, Department of Finance, Bureau of Internal Revenue).
• Check compliance of importation permitting requirements and support regulatory audits conducted by BOC and other agencies.
