Senior Associate - Production Support

1. Production Management Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities for electronic meter assembly, testing, calibration, final assembly. Ensure achievement of production targets (quantity, quality, and timeline). Monitor line balancing and optimize productivity. 2. Quality Control Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes. Monitor in-process quality checks and final inspection. Coordinate with QA team for defect analysis and corrective actions. Drive reduction in rework and rejection. 3. Manpower Handling Allocate manpower based on production plan. Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of operators. Train and guide shop-floor employees on processes and quality standards. 4. Equipment & Maintenance Ensure proper utilization of tools, jigs, and fixtures. Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines (soldering stations, testing benches, etc.).
