This role will play a critical part in managing compensation and leading market benchmarking initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong data analytics capabilities, in-depth understanding of AON and Mercer methodologies, and proven experience in compensation management.

+ Lead and coordinate compensation benchmarking initiatives using AON, Mercer, and other relevant market survey tools.
+ Analyze market trends and provide insights to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive and aligned with business goals.
