Senior Associate - Bench Maintenance

Delivery of existing and upcoming projects :

1. Maintenance of Test Benches & Fixtures

·        Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of functional test benches, and assembly fixtures.

·        Troubleshoot issues in PCBA test systems, wiring harnesses, connectors, relays, SMPS, and embedded controllers.

·        Ensure minimum downtime in testing stations.

2. Support to Production & Testing

3. Calibration & Validation

·        Calibrate and validate electronic test benches, measuring instruments, and fixtures.

·        Ensure compliance with ISO / customer-specific quality standards.

·        Maintain traceability of calibration records and audit readiness.
