Senior Architectural Technician - Aged Care and Mixed Use Projects

An established and highly regarded Melbourne architecture studio is seeking a senior architectural technician to join its collaborative and design-focused team. This role will suit a technically strong professional who enjoys working through design development and construction documentation while collaborating closely with consultants. You’ll play a key role in bringing complex aged-care and mixed-use projects to life.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and coordinate detailed documentation packages from design development through to construction documentation
• Develop technical drawings with focus on buildability and maintaining design intent
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants and project stakeholders to ensure coordinated project delivery
• Resolve architectural detailing and technical challenges across complex projects 
• Contribute to maintaining documentation standards and technical quality across project stages
