About the Role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and to verify all interface details are carried out as per drawing plans.
- Plan, design and supervise the construction of infrastructure.
- Coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
- Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, documentation and seeking client’s approval.
- Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
- Engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Works in tandem with consultants, sub‑contractors as well as with other technical departments (Structural, M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors) on the design intent requirements and raises technical clari...
