About the Role

Role Summary

We are hiring an Application Support Expert to be the senior-most escalation point for application support at the client's ISD. The role owns complex application architecture issues, leads vendor escalations, and drives platform reliability for the most critical enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as L4 escalation point for all application-layer incidents and problems.

- Lead architectural troubleshooting on enterprise applications and integrations.

- Drive vendor escalations to closure on persistent or systemic issues.

- Mentor and coach Senior Application Support Specialists.

- Define and own the application monitoring, observability, and alerting strategy.
