About the job Senior Application Support Engineer (Banking)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 production application support for Digital Platform systems, managing production incidents and critical system interfaces through Workflow and Automation systems.
- Assist the Incident Manager in implementing preventive and detective measures for applications, including providing root cause analysis.
- Provide support in planning through performing production transitions for new system launches, and handling system change requests.
- Identify process gaps, propose system improvements, standardize processes through implementation plans and integration strategies, and recommend automation to optimize system performance and efficiency.
