The Role:
LexisNexis® Risk Solutions Data Services is looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Analysts for one of our flagship digital brands (ICIS), based in our Sutton office. The team supports a data rich, highly interactive commercial web based product to customers of one of our most innovative businesses.
As a member of the team, you will be providing support and maintenance on multiple ICIS back-office and front-end applications, infrastructure and services. You will get opportunities, where appropriate, to actively promote the design phase and implementation of new solutions; enhance existing systems and on-board support of new applications.
You may be required to undertake assignments not directly covered by this role profile as the needs of the business demand, as part of your personal development plan or to enhance the departmental capability.
