About the Role

As a Senior App Support - Mobile (iOS & Android), you will provide advanced break-fix maintenance and deployment support for the mobile components of the Pay2Bill application landscape. You will play a critical role in resolving complex incidents, supporting deployments, identifying root causes for priority issues, and enabling stable handover to Level 2 teams within a live operational environment.

  • Provide Level 3 break-fix support for Pay2Bill mobile applications across iOS and Android environments.
