Senior Analyst, People Analytics

The Challenge Ahead Join EA's People Analytics team and help shape how we understand, measure, and improve the employee experience across our global workforce. You will sit at the intersection of data, equity, and engagement. You will translate complex people data into clear insights that help leaders make informed, responsible decisions about inclusion, workforce health, and organizational effectiveness. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role based in Vancouver, reporting to the Director of People Analytics. You will play a critical part in amplifying employee voices, ensuring data integrity in sensitive areas, and helping EA meet evolving regulatory, business, and cultural expectations.
