Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain the Material Enablement Report by ensuring it is updated and reviewed weekly or as necessary.

Manage BOM extraction using the SAP Extractor Macro to consolidate multiple top-level BOMs into a single, organized report, filtering only for purchased parts to maintain accurate material visibility.

Analyze inventory data by downloading the latest inventory from SAP (ZMM_INV01) and COOIS reports. Assess parts issuance status and material availability, identifying potential shortages that may impact production timelines.

Develop proactive strategies to mitigate material shortages by collaborating with Buyers, Planning, and Operations through regular shortage reviews based on identified High, Medium, and Low risk pa...
