Responsibilities
- This role will be focused on strategic, long‑term and impactful analysis that will aid the team in making intelligent decisions that are data driven, as well as supporting a portion of the Project Management initiatives
- Strategic Analysis: Which metrics have the biggest impact on our customers and business results?
- Planning: Determine which customers to target for marketing campaigns using analytical techniques including statistical clustering, RFM segmentation, market basket / affinity analysis, decile analysis, regression modelling, propensity modelling
- Hygiene / Operations: Track critical performance KPIs and perform post‑campaign analysis
- Project Management / Martech: Manage strategic projects and transformations within Marketing
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years working experience in a related field or management consulting
- Has a strong technical background
