****Mandatory Experience -
Manufacturing Inventory & COGS Bookkeeper
Core Requirement:
The candidate must have direct, proven experience in physical manufacturing accounting, specifically handling Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), raw materials, and finished goods inventory. Retail or service-sector bookkeepers will be rejected immediately.
ERP Competency:
Mandatory experience with robust inventory management systems. Direct experience with Cin7 Core (DEAR) and handling historical data migrations is highly preferred.
BOM & Variance Tracking:
Must be capable of managing complex Bills of Materials (BOMs), tracking production yield variances, and properly isolating scrap or material waste from standard COGS.
Landed Cost Mastery:
Must know how to accurately capitalize lagging ocean freight, customs, and duties into inventory valuation rather than simply expensing them.
