Senior Analyst, Corporate Development

Lightspeed Commerce (TSX/NYSE: LSPD) is seeking a full-time Senior Analyst for its Corporate Development (M&A) team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Development.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare business case summaries and recommendations for potential transactions (filtering inbound leads and sourcing outbound leads) to business unit leaders, senior executives, and other stakeholders.
• Gather data and perform financial analysis and modeling to evaluate acquisition viability and valuation.
• Understand the business and surface innovative ideas and opportunities for Lightspeed to consider pursuing.
• Support deal documentation, due diligence, transaction closing and post-merger integration through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and support special projects.
