Senior Analyst

Senior Analyst / $200,000 - $220,000 / Central Location / Flexible Working / 12 Month Contract
A global mining business with sites in Australia and Africa, is looking to recruit a skilled analyst on a 12 month contract. This role will likely lead to a permanent opportunity. Working closely with the Head of Finance and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal part in the decision-making process, helping the business to grow both nationally and internationally.
 
The key duties are as follows:

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting, budgeting, valuation, and scenario analysis
• Develop three-statement models, DCF models, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Analyse historical financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support M&A, capital allocation, and investment decisions with quantitative analysis
