Overview of the Role:
Join a growing childcare organisation during an exciting period of expansion, supporting a major integration project transitioning a large portfolio of early learning centres into an established network. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working closely with the Program Manager to keep the project running smoothly.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, action logs and status reports
- Attend project meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes
- Track outstanding actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability
- Maintain a well-structured RAID register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions)
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations and executive reporting materials
- Support document version control, distribution and governance requirements
