Overview

Directs the overall financial accounting operations of the construction company.

Responsibilities

• Directs the overall financial accounting operations of the construction company – prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
• Manage project-related financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll).
• Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze and manage project costs (labor, materials, equipment).

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting & Finance
• 3-5 years of proven work experience
• CPA is a plus
• Amenable to work in QC Balintawak office
