Senior Accountant 3 months

Client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a short‑term contract engagement (3‑4 months). In this role, you will support quarterly reviews and annual external audits, prepare financial statements and supporting documentation, and perform technical accounting research.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual external audits with auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare consolidation working papers, financial statements, and note disclosures.
• Develop audit committee materials and other reporting analyses.
• Perform technical accounting research and draft accounting memos under IFRS.
• Prepare selected month‑end reconciliations.
• Support ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting designation (CPA) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Background in public accounting is considered an asset.
