Senior 360 Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming), including source configuration, schema mapping, and connector setup.
• Build and maintain identity resolution logic (match rules, reconciliation policies, merge strategies) to deliver a unified customer profile.
• Create data extensions and audience segments and activate them to MC Next, Agent force, and related platforms with near‑real‑time updates.
• Engineer and monitor data pipelines for cleansing, transformation, enrichment, and reliability feeding the Data 360 platform.
• Enforce data quality standards through profiling, validation rules, anomaly detection, and lineage tracking.
• Enable cross‑cloud activation of Data Cloud data into Agent force workflows, MC Next journeys, and Tableau Next dashboards.
