Step Teachers are working closely with a range of schools across King's Lynn and the surrounding area, offering regular opportunities for both short-term and longer-term supply.

Duties as SEND Teaching Assistant:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND
• Assist teachers in delivering differentiated learning activities
• Help implement individual education plans and behaviour strategies
• Support pupils with personal care needs where required
• Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment
• Monitor and record pupil progress and communicate with staff
• Contribute to wider school life during longer-term placements

Ideal SEND Teaching Assistant:
