Position: SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities) Teacher
Location: Godalming, Surrey
Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
Salary: Paid to Scale
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join our inclusive school community in Godalming. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, personalised learning experiences for pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring their academic, social and emotional development aligns with individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum and pupils’ EHCPs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, teaching assistants, therapists and external agencies to coordinate support.
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and produce regular reports for parents and senior leaders.
