Full-Time role in Reception class or Year 1 class depending on your experience.
Your Role as SEN Teaching Assistant:
You'll guide young learners, sometimes 121, sometimes in small groups, helping children with special needs discover confidence and curiosity through learning.
You'll run your own nurture group, offering a calm and caring space for gifted pupils to learn.
You'll stand beside teachers, shaping a classroom where every child feels safe and seen.Who You Are:
