Reeson Education is currently working with an “OUTSTANDING” primary school based in Basildon.

The Headteacher of this amazing primary school is looking to onboard an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team of support staff. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that pupils with special educational needs receive the support they need to achieve their full potential.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to provide support and assistance to pupils with special educational needs, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Assist with the planning and preparation of lessons and activities, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of each pupil.
• Monitor and record the progress of pupils with special educational needs, and report back to teaching staff and parents/guardians as required.
