SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join welcoming specialist schools throughout Sunderland.

You'll support children with a variety of additional needs, helping them access education in a safe, engaging and supportive environment.

Duties include:

• Supporting pupils during lessons.
• Delivering small-group interventions.
• Encouraging communication and independence.
• Assisting with behaviour support strategies.
• Helping pupils achieve their individual learning goals.

Previous experience within education, care or support work is beneficial but not essential as full support will be provided.
