Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and scale large VLSI execution programs across Physical Design, STA, and DFT domains. The role involves owning delivery for multiple SoC programs, driving technical excellence, and managing a team of ~60 engineers while ensuring quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex ASIC/SoC programs across Physical Design, STA, and DFT.
• Manage and mentor a team of 60+ engineers, including technical leads and managers.
