We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Semi‑Skilled Workshop Operatives to join a well‑established team operating within the electro‑mechanical engineering sector, primarily supporting projects in the power industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with some industry experience who are looking to develop their skills further. Basic training will be provided.

Short‑Term Contract (April - July) | Full‑Time

Pay & Rates

Rates are based on NAECI agreements and vary depending on project type:

Construction & Maintenance Projects (Grade 3):

• Base Rate: £18.86
• Rate A: £26.40
• Rate B: £33.94
• Bonus Potential: £2.37

Workshop‑Based Work (Grade 3):

• Base Rate: £16.86
• Rate A: £23.60
• Rate B: £30.34
