Position Location: This position is an embedded technician supporting a single-site location in Cambridge, MA, with the role based at the Canton, MA branch.

Security Systems Service Technician

Ensure all systems and components are inspected, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the customer. These systems include CCTV or IP cameras, alarm sensors, access control devices, and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive testing and inspections for systems under maintenance agreements.
• Create detailed test and inspection reports based on code requirements and customer needs.
• Swiftly respond to, troubleshoot, and complete necessary repairs to maintain system functionality.
• Report on activities completed, deferred, or requiring further action or material.
• Identify code and non-conformance issues, ensuring adherence to required standards.
