Security Surveillance Analyst

Description

Position Purpose: The position is responsible for supervising the operations and monitoring CCTV coverage, recording and reporting incidents, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality of the recordings. The role is expected to ensure pertinent reports are collated and submitted to the immediate supervisor – Director of Fraud and Risk Management for audit purposes. It is expected that this role provide guidance on the shifting and schedules of the team that will enable a 24/7 coverage thereof.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Take lead on investigations that needs intricate gathering of evidentiary artifacts that will be needed by investigative departments in pursuant to the preservation of Afni’s resolve in protecting its assets, people and business.
• Ensure performance goals are observed and requirements therein are met in terms of adherence to the completion and review thereof.
