Security Supervisor

Security Supervisor – Cabo Del Sol, Mexico

The Security Supervisor will supervise the daily operations of the Security Department, reporting directly to the Director of Security and the Assistant Security Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Security Department.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in computer applications.
• Luxury hospitality experience (Preferred).
• Technical knowledge and certifications in first aid, rescue operations, evacuations, hurricane preparedness, and bomb threat response.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid work authorization in Mexico and Spanish proficiency.
