Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures
- Recruiting, training and supervising security officers
- Build rapport with security officers and maintain high morale and motivation amongst the members of your team
- Attend regular meetings with clients
- Coordinate and respond to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies and alarms
- Investigate, review and report incidents and breaches, and resolve emerging issues quickly and efficiently
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position with proven experience as an OE
- Security Supervisor Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PLRD and other licenses
