Security Lead

Overview

Define and lead the end-to-end security strategy for the transformation program, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Govern identity, access, and authorization design across SAP and non-SAP systems. Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal security requirements, including SoD and risk controls. Oversee security architecture, design reviews, approvals, and remediation of security gaps. Manage security testing, access provisioning, and cutover readiness to support a secure go-live. Act as the escalation point for security risks and incidents, and support post go-live stabilization and compliance monitoring.

The Successful Applicant

• Have strong experience in enterprise security, particularly within large-scale transformation or SAP programs.
• Possess deep knowledge of IAM, SoD, risk management, and security architecture principles.
