Foster healthy relationships with staff, vendors, and guests, while demonstrating a superior customer service attitude. Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times that is in compliance with GOAT Group’s uniform standards. Assist in reviewing POST Orders for your assigned facility. Ensure that all aspects of POST Orders are in place, monitored, and enforced. Assist in enforcing the facility-level IIPP Program, Emergency Evacuation Procedures, and the Fire Prevention Program. Assist with access control compliance, the visitor program, and access card audits.
