Location: 100% Remote / Hybrid (preferred, On site 2 days a week)

- 3–5+ years of experience in network security support or endpoint connectivity support (L2 level)
- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting VPN and secure access clients, including:
- Cisco AnyConnect
- Zscaler (ZIA and/or ZCC)
- Strong experience troubleshooting end-user connectivity issues across:
- Windows and macOS environments
- VPN connectivity, authentication, and proxy-related issues
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across the endpoint → network security stack (client configuration, connectivity, policy impact)
