Ensure good housekeeping
Ensure all circuits are free from tripping hazards by cleaning material spills
Support maintenance team in carrying out maintenance works
Execute planned work in conjunction with his/her supervisor
Report any unsafe situation or hazards that are likely to obstruct production.
Initiate cost saving practices and productivity improvement of specially assigned projects
Responsible for own safety as well as safety of others.

About the Role
Gold Fields Ghana is currently looking to hire a skilled and qualified individual for the role of Section Operator I. This position reports directly to the Section Operator II. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective Supervision of circuits as well as assist maintenance crew in carrying out maintenance works.
