Description
- Assist the Chief Engineer in the maintenance and operation of marine machinery.
- Monitor and manage vessel ME and MC engines to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery on bulk vessels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols onboard.
- Maintain accurate logs of engine operations and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in vessel ME and MC engines; experience working on bulk vessels.
