• Strong knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) architecture and components.
• Experience with vManage, vSmart, vBond, and edge router configurations.
• Proficiency in policy creation, segmentation, and QoS.
• Understanding of overlay/underlay routing and transport independence.
• Familiarity with cloud integration and security features.
• Own and resolve L2 incidents, perform RCA, and drive problem management for SD‑WAN fabric and edge devices (ISR/ASR/Cat8k/C8000v).
• Troubleshoot OMP adjacencies, TLOC extensions, BFD/tunnel health, DTLS/TLS control connections, and IPsec data plane issues.
• Analyze and remediate App‑Aware Routing, SLA classes, and QoS markings/queuing across overlays and underlays.
• Deep dive using packet captures, flow telemetry, syslog/SNMP/NetFlow, and vManage analytics.
