About the Role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
- Remove obstacles and shield the team from external interruptions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well‑defined and prioritized backlog.
- Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and company standards.
- Support cross‑functional coordination and communication.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
