Ensuring smooth sprint execution, timely delivery of high-quality outcomes, and removing blockers. Tracking and improving Agile metrics while coaching teams to strengthen Agile maturity and ownership. Requirements 46 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, preferably in a startup or product-based organization. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
