A **Scrum Master JR** supports the technical team with clerical duties.
**Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to**:
- Lead a team of engineers through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development.
- Coordinating team’s work utilizing Agile format including daily, weekly, monthly cadence of communication. Hold team accountable to following standardized processes and team norms.
- Troubleshoot and identify issues as fast as possible and causes of performance problems using a variety of internal tools.
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to ensure work priorities are defined, agreed upon, and align with business priorities. Work with operations, IT, and Agile team leaders to ensure alignment to priorities and manage resource dependencies
