Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Delivery Manager to support high-visibility, enterprise reporting applications. This role requires an individual to be onsite one day per month (first Tuesday of each month) at the Toronto office.
This hire will play a critical role in ensuring program-level delivery, accountability to leadership, and successful execution across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will be able to fully own delivery, improve coordination across teams, and drive outcomes in a data-intensive, reporting-focused environment.
This is not a traditional Scrum Master role—this individual will operate as a hybrid Scrum Master and Delivery Manager, balancing Agile leadership with end-to-end delivery ownership.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
