About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum processes, and driving delivery excellence in enterprise environments. This role focuses on coaching teams, improving Agile maturity, ensuring process compliance, and supporting high-performing distributed teams.
Compensation
$50,000 – $60,000 MXN gross monthly
Mixed scheme or contractor (honorarios)
Hybrid – Monterrey (2–4 days per month onsite)
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You'll Do
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach teams on Scrum best practices and Agile principles
Support Product Owners and Development Teams in delivery execution
Track sprint health, blockers, risks, and team progress
Maintain accurate information and dashboards in Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
