Position: Scribe
Location: Canberra
Clearance requirements: A security clearance is highly desirable but not essential
OVERVIEW
We are seeking experienced scribes to assist our APS clients with recruitment for ongoing positions from APS2 – EL2 levels.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend Selection Panel interviews in person or via Teams to take comprehensive notes to capture the deliberations and decisions accurately
- Produce high quality interview reports in line with APS/Departmental Recruitment Guidelines
- Conduct reference checks
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience in scribing within the APS
- Understanding of the APS Legislative Framework that underpins all APS recruitment
- Ability to be flexible with assignments
