Role & responsibilities
- To perform in vitro ADME assays (solubility, metabolic and plasma stability, CYP inhibition, plasma protein binding studies etc.)
- Design, conduct and report data from in vitro metabolism studies using various cellular and subcellular systems, e.g., microsomes, hepatocytes, recombinant CYPs/UGTs and transfected cells.
- Perform assays using automated workstations. To design, program and implement study protocols in automated workstations.
- Ability to integrate metabolism and other supporting ADME data to predict druggability outcomes.
- Maintain labs & comply with SHE/regulatory guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
Masters with 2+ years of industry experience in Invitro ADME assays.
