Institution Description The Artha-Niti Institute for Governance (ANIG) is an emerging Indian center for evidence-based, constitutionally grounded policy research, established in 2026 as a Public Charitable Trust and rooted in Jasrana, India. ANIG bridges India’s classical intellectual traditions with contemporary governance challenges to produce actionable, inclusive research for real-world impact. The institute works across eight domains, including public finance, rule of law, agriculture, education, digital governance, urban infrastructure, health policy, and national security. ANIG partners with legislators, civil society, academia, and citizens through initiatives such as the Legislative Assistance Programme and the Citizen Governance Initiative.
